Post Treatment
After remediation, we perform retesting to confirm the mold and air quality is Good to Moderate per our Tem top Air quality meter. This step provides peace of mind and helps ensure the work meets our standards before we consider the job complete. We then provide our Certificate of remediation and upon final payment Our Limited LifeTime Guarantee.
Maintenance Plans
For facilities where operational moisture is unavoidable—such as restaurants, food production environments, bakeries, and certain medical facilities—K Square Enterprise offers customized maintenance programs following an initial remediation and environmental assessment. Our project managers conduct scheduled monitoring using independent detection technology to track microbial activity and air quality.
